  My wife and I booked this apartment for 6 days last week. The unit was listed as a “cottage”, which it clearly is not. It is part of a long 10 unit row tenement building. The only photo of outside shows only the front door, obviously hiding the fact that this is not a stand-alone cottage. While the inside photos are representative, the outside of building looks like an abandoned  housing structure. The bartenders at the bar nearby said they assumed the place was undergoing renovations. 
  Our 2nd is due was that there was no working WiFi which was listed as available. The local manager said he knew nothing about it. 
  About 2weeks before checking in I requested to move my stay forward 1 night, changing our last night to a weekend. The number of days stayed the same. I was charged €110 for that change alone!! 
  I contacted both the international booking agent only-apartments and the local company for resolution of my concerns. Both promised to get back to me after contacting owner and rectify problems. Neither did. 
  Shop araound- you can find a very nice stand-alone ocean view cottage for about the same price as this apartment
